Our Story

Everything starts and ends with Leadership. RAPID PACE CONSULTING was created as a result of seeking effective business leadership. PACE’s leadership started in the healthcare setting and expanded into higher education and community. PACE’s leadership worked both in a non-faith organization and a faith-based organization with an assessment of both organizational cultures.
