The program aims to provide an understanding of leadership principles and their impact on one’s life. The program supports one's leadership effectiveness through a growth and development approach using literature research. The program discusses leadership from a stance of position or process. It is movement in the right direction. The program is self-paced for 4 weeks. Your program begins immediately after you enroll. There is a required quiz at the end of the program. There is a certificate of completion at the end of the program. Program Cancellation Policy The participant may request the enrollment be canceled at any time before the program is started and the program is not accessed by the participant for a 100% refund. Once the program is accessed, a 50% refund will be up to 3 days for cancellation. The participant needs to send an email to drsharondowney@gmail.com for cancellation and refund requests. All requests beyond the first 3 days of the program and being accessed by the participant will be denied for any refund.
